Another delivery to la Maison du Steak do a delivery and blocking road users view of the lights.
Noitce the space to the left of the photo, off road, nice and safe for all.

Driving onto the pavement breaks the same law as cycling on a pavement, and is invariably a lot more dangerous. Not only that, it's estimated that damage caused to pavements by this action costs £200-300m a year to repair.
And note that apparently there's not enough space to put in a cyclelane here but there is enough to park a large truck.
